Jeremy has assumed the position of nursery leader at church.  All is going well and Jeremy is really enjoying it!  One of the girls signed up for nursery took this picture of Gideon. He looks like he is having a good time!

Lynn’s Dance class for her nana’s :)

Lynn has been doing fantastic in her dance class!!!!  She loves it and is trying very hard to get all of her steps down.  I am so happy to find an activity she is willing to do on her own and takes very seriously.  Gideon has quite a social life!  He and I help out with lunch at Lynn’s school every Friday and now we have dance class.  He has met a little 6 month old girl to play with.  They switch toys to chew on and rub their feet together.  Life is signifigantly better with Gideon as a baby than when Lynn was a baby!  I hope you all enjoy the photos.

Snow day

I snapped this photo during another winter storm.  Lynn and Gideon are doing great.  Gideon, finally, has two teeth coming through.  Lynn has started dance classes and doing great in school.  She is reading and has started some first grade material.  We bought her a bible just for her.  It is called the princess bible.  She loves it!!!

Valentines day!

Time to push myself for an update!  I’ll try to be better.  This year, Jeremy and I did something unusual for Valentines day.  Instead of staying in, we headed off to the Mall of America.  Every restaurant was packed and required a wait of an hour and a half.  We put in our name, took a beeper and wondered what to do.  I said to Jeremy, “Let’s live dangerously!  Let’s take our beeper, get some wristbands, and ride the rollercoasters in the park while we wait for our table!”  That’s just what we did.  We had a BLAST!!!  We made it back to the restaurant with 15 minutes to spare.  It was wonderful to do some things we did when we were young, but no longer too poor to eat at a nice restaurant.  What a wonderful evening!

Today, special delivery came for me from my kids.  Shari’s berries!!!!
